We offer a full refund on all course purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a complete refund with no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• You must contact us through our official channels (email or contact form)
• You must provide your order number and registered email address

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Include your full name, order number, and registered email address
• Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for our improvement)

Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days and send you a confirmation email.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund requests made after the 30-day period has expired
• Courses purchased during special promotional offers explicitly marked as non-refundable
• Cases where the user has violated our Terms and Conditions
• Repeated refund requests that suggest abuse of the refund policy

6. Partial Refunds

We will make every effort to resolve technical problems promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day period.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback, your access to all Home Cash Course services will be suspended pending resolution.
